Cathy lived on Sanibel with her husband Fred for 20 years after having visited for 10 years before and dreaming of making the move. She has been with VIP for over 20 years and still works primarily in the Sanibel office, but also covers the Captiva and Ft. Myers area. Cathy first got her real estate license (1991) when she lived in Franconia, NH. She and her husband Fred owned an Inn and a Motel in the small tourist town for 12 years. When they moved to Florida she got her Broker’s license. She’s a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Florida Association of Realtors. In an effort to be the best in her field she took additional classes to obtain her GRI, CRS (graduated with the highest score in her class), SFR and SCIS designations. In addition, she is a member of the Sanibel-Captiva Board of Realtors® and the Ft. Myers Board of Realtors®. Sensitive to people's financial and time concerns, Cathy’s goal is to help a customer focus, to develop a realistic and specific vision of a home and then present the best options.
